At Guttershop.co.uk, we aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 3 working days, subject to stock availability and carrier schedules. Our goal is to provide next-day delivery across the UK, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Free Shipping: Orders over £150 qualify for free nationwide shipping.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 13:00 (1:00 PM) are processed for same-day dispatch, subject to stock and carrier availability.
- Nationwide Shipping: We ship to all areas of the UK mainland. For deliveries to non-mainland UK locations or areas with restricted access (e.g., narrow lanes, steep hills, or width-restricted roads), please contact us at customerservice@guttershop.co.uk before placing your order to discuss additional charges or arrangements.
Restricted Access: We reserve the right to refuse delivery if access restrictions are not communicated prior to dispatch. Please inform us of any delivery challenges when placing your order.
Multiple Deliveries: Depending on stock availability, your order may be split into multiple deliveries to ensure faster receipt of available items. You will be notified via email each time a part of your order is dispatched.
Delivery Instructions: Please provide any specific delivery requests in the “Special Instructions” box during checkout. Note that larger orders may be delivered to the kerbside only.
Accepting Your Delivery: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Do not accept damaged products. Orders signed for as “unchecked” will be considered received in good condition. Once delivered, the risk of damage or loss passes to you.

Returns Policy
